Will Allen, CRPC®
Founder & Financial Advisor
Will has worked in financial services since 1998, beginning his career at Merrill Lynch and later working at Wells Fargo. He became an independent advisor in 2007 and founded Sentara Capital as an independent RIA in 2011.
Will loves studying the financial markets, businesses, and the economy. That interest led him to portfolio management and continues to drive the research behind every investment decision at Sentara Capital.
A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance, Will extends his impact beyond individual client work. As Chapter Director for the Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a 501(c)(3) organization, he has conducted retirement and investing classes at more than 100 Fortune 500 companies, state government agencies, municipalities, and small businesses.
Jonathan Brummel
Financial Advisor
Jonathan brings more than 15 years of financial services experience to Sentara Capital, where he works closely with affluent families, business owners, and professionals. Before joining the firm, he built his career at Wells Fargo, Truist, and Regions Bank, developing deep expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and client relationship management.
Jonathan works with clients while they are saving and through the transition into retirement. He helps them shift from building the account to drawing it down tax-efficiently, and plans the giving they want to do now and the giving they want to do later.
He holds a degree in Business Finance from Liberty University. Outside of work, Jonathan is active in the adoption community. He and his wife, Christina, live in Woodstock with their 11 children. When he is not working, or talking markets with Will, you will find him watching football or playing ultimate frisbee.

Daniel is the Videographer at Sentara Capital, responsible for producing high-quality visual content that communicates the firm’s insights and client-focused approach. Through thoughtful storytelling and attention to detail, Daniel helps bring the Sentara brand to life.
